The 32-hour hands on fiber optic course is a certificate program not a degree program and does not qualify for federal student aid such as FAFSA, Pell Grants or Stafford student loans. NCTC is a 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation that was started to help students that don’t have the financial resources to pay for tuition or the materials needed to take the Fiber Optic Certification course. All donations given to NCTC will be used to pay for tools, materials and tuition for students that don’t have the resources.
